Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Merchandise store credit for a return or exchange is permitted to the original purchaser or gift recipient within 30 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Store credit for merchandise is valid for one year from the date of the return.
A purchase may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date to the original purchaser with the original sales receipt. The refund will be given in the same tender as the original purchase, except in cases of cash payment, which will be refunded by check only. The original credit card used in the purchase is required to process a refund. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Our 14 day return policy for purchases made between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will be extended until January 10th of the subsequent calendar year.
Any item that shows visible use or wear, or has been altered in any way is automatically ineligible for a refund or exchange.
